My building is in PrenzlauerBerg’s most beautiful areas – Worther Strasse, just off Kollwitz Platz. Every Thursday and Saturday you can step outside and explore the wonderful Kollwitz Platz markets where you can find bio-goodies galore, locally designed jewelry and clothes, and all sorts of great things to taste and buy. Down the road from me is Europe’s biggest (two-storey) bio-store, and the U2 train station Senefelder Platz.

My apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which you are very welcome to use. The bathroom has a lovely big bathtub, and is clean and modern. It’s quite a hike up the stairs, but the openness and brightness of the entire apartment makes the climb worthwhile!

Come and stay at my place in Worther Strasse, and be based in the best part Prenzlauer Berg, which is undoubtedly the best part of East Berlin! Everything is close by (including a great bike-hire place), and you’ll be impressed by the choice and range of cafes, restaurants, cool boutiques and late night drinking holes.

The whole apartment is lovely and bright, as each room has large windows which look out onto a large tree filled courtyard. The flat has excellent wifi, cable tv and a stereo system. Despite being on a bustling street which is busy day and night, you’ll find this apartment very quiet, so you’ll sleep comfortably and peacefully.

Around the corner from the flat (5 minutes walk) is the well-connected Eberswalder station (U2 line) which takes you to AlexanderPlatz in three stops, though you can easily walk from here. There is a bike hire place opposite the apartment, and seeing the city by bike is probably the best way to go – safe & cheap. Around the other corner from the flat (2 mins walk) is the fabulous Mauer Park (Mauer means wall, so you can see where the wall used to be). Every Sunday this park hosts Berlin’s largest and wildest markets … you’ll see everything here, so be sure to take your camera! Oderberger Strasse is beautiful and it’s such a great base from which to explore this wonderful city.

The apartment is available to rent on a nightly basis for 60 for one, 75 for 2, and 10e for any extra person. You’ll find clean bedding and fresh towels for your comfort and convenience.

The apartment is not very large, but suitable for one or two people. All linens and towels are included free of charge, and there is free wireless internet as well. A small kitchen with basic cooking utensils is attached to the room, as well as a large bathroom with shower. This is not a shared apartment, so you will have the entire place to yourself.

The cost of the apartment is 35 euros per night for one person, or 40 euros for two people. The weekly rate is the 7th night free (210/240). No hidden fees for cleaning or internet, just cash due at check-in.

The overall feeling is very modern (the building was designed by Peter Eisenman in the 80ies) it is fully furnished (queen size bed plus queen size sleeping sofa),
a washing machine, TV/Cable/DVD/HIFI and a nice bath tub in the bath room. You have acccess to fast DSL line if You bring Your laptop.
The costs for a single person are usually 49 Euros per night, for a couple 59 Euros (there is no cleaning fee, but a security deposit). It is suitable for singles or couples.
